we.levva: exclusive event brings together IT leaders and giant companies

Discover the highlights of we.levva, the meeting that strengthened partnerships and generated knowledge


Last May 18th, the levva received dozens of IT leaders from giant companies in Brazil and the world in its new home in Campinas/SP. Called we.levva, the event was exclusive for partners and customers of the technology company, with the aim of strengthening ties, generating knowledge, quality networking, and providing special moments.

The initiative marked a new moment for the Levva ecosystem in the technology market, shared with people who witnessed this accelerated expansion of the business. The immersion included lectures, panels, and moments of closeness among the participants of the select group of IT leaders, besides a lot of relaxation, fun, and exchange of experiences.

The event had several attractions, such as the lecture "Productive Disobedience" with Ivan Moréa renowned presenter, lecturer, entrepreneur, and journalist, on creativity, productivity, and professional performance. In the audience were CTOs, CIOs, CEOs, Heads of IT, IT Coordinators, and other managers from the technology sector.


The event had three panels, being the first one with the theme "Behind the Code" about the daily routine of IT management, with the participation of the speakers Jessé FreitasCOO of Levva, Bruno ManigliaCIO of Ourofino, Diego NeufertCTO of NC Group, and Luiz Soares, Head of IT at Stoller.

The second panel "Building Cultures" on how to build a solid organizational culture, counted with the speakers André MilanezCEO of levva, Cláudia MarquesaniCIO of Petz, Daniele Maia RodriguesSr. Engineering Manager at BEES Brasil, and Roberta Lott, IT Governance Manager at Azul Linhas Aéreas Brasileiras.

The last panel was dedicated to the NGO Friends of Goodwith the presence of Alexandre Cesar CarregaAlexandre Cesar Carrega, IT Director of the organization. Besides offering delicious food to the participants, the panelist presented the educational and transformation projects carried out by the NGO. Amigos do Bem was founded in 1993 with the purpose of improving the living conditions of the population of the Northeastern sertão.

During the event, one of the most relevant internal projects of the Levva ecosystem was highlighted: the RIVVALSan internal eSports league. With nine editions already held, the league presents impressive numbers, including an average of 213 engaged employees. In addition, 71.9% of employees consider RIVVALS very important for their permanence in Levva, and 86% believe that the league helps them develop social skills. The moment gave the select group of IT leaders the experience of participating or following a match broadcasted and narrated live by Marcelo Hazan and comments by Peter "Ogro" Thorun.

In addition to high-level content, representatives of companies such as Azul Linhas Aéreas Brasileiras, BEES, CCR, EMS, Globo, Grupo NC, NLT Telecom, Ourofino, Oxiteno, Petz, Renault, Rio Energy, Stoller, Syncrho, Ticket, Volkswagem, and WestRock took advantage of the moment to create connections, network, and enjoy the moment.
